EAUDETTE KETELLAPPER, Ella Jacqueline 'Jackie' - Jackie left us peacefully on Thursday August 13, 2015 while in residence at the South Health Campus hospital in Calgary, Alberta. A loving mother to Joe and Christopher, she is also sadly missed by her siblings Paul Beaudette (Kathy Simon), Mary Anne Beaudette (Mark Seymour), Madeleine Ward (Bruce), Denise Campbell (Bob), Michael Beaudette (Jennifer), Susan Arnold (Stephen), and by her 18 nieces and nephews and three great-nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents, Aime and Jeannette Beaudette, and younger sister Carolyn Marinoff (Geoff). Jackie took immense pride in her work as a Registered Nurse’s Aide, and later in her full time job as mother to her two sons. A great swimmer as a teenager, she also loved nature and many of her happiest memories were of visits to parks with her children. Although in declining health for several years, she maintained her independence with the steadfast help of her 'guardian angels', Wendy and Bart Vanderwerff, enjoying her Tim Horton’s coffee mornings with friends, and participating in her church community at Ascension Parish. Cremation has taken place. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday September 18 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Thomas More Church, with interment to follow at Lundy's Lane Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jackie’s memory to the Niagara Falls Humane Society or to the South Campus Centre c/o Calgary Health Trust would be greatly appreciated by her family.
