Kenneth Dale Alexander, 81, was born July 27, 1935 in Hollis, Oklahoma and passed away June 23, 2017 in Georgetown, Texas. Kenneth graduated from Llano High School in 1953. Upon graduating from high school, Kenneth served as a Marine from January 1954 to January 1956. He worked at Texas Crushed Stone from May 7, 1963 to November 24, 1997. Kenneth loved his family and enjoyed being around them. He loved fish fry's, deer steak and woodworking projects. His sweet tooth was well known and ice cream was his favorite. After retiring, Kenneth and his Doris enjoyed traveling, cruising and camping with their grandchildren. Kenneth is survived by wife, Doris Alexander of Georgetown, Texas; three sons, Terry Alexander, Tim Alexander (Lisa) and George Dinger (Cindy); two sisters, Annie Belle Ramsey (Jerry) and Patsy Thomas (Kelley); sister-in-law, JoAnn Alexander; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Kenneth was proceeded in death by his parents, Homer and Carrie Alexander; wife, Norma Jean Alexander and brother, Calvin Newton Alexander. The family will receive guests for a time of visitation from 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home in Georgetown. Graveside service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at Tow Cemetery at Lake Buchanan.
