Those Who Have Recently Crossed the Great Bourne.
Mrs. Elizabeth M. Figart died at her home, 229 Pine avenue, Fairview, at 4:30 o'clock yesterday morning, of consumption. She was born in Logan township, October 9, 1851, being the daughter of Abraham Reese (deceased). In 1870 she was married in Frankstown township to Thomas Figart, who survives, with five children, as follows: Clara J., Charles A., J. Roy, T. Ross and D. Milton. The following brothers and sisters are also yet living: Shadrach M. and Elizabeth B Reese , of Ohio: David F., of California; William S., of Frankstown; Mrs. Thomas J Morgan, Mrs. Thomas McCauley, Mr.s Levi Glunt, of Logan, and Mrs. Elmira Leamer of this city.
The deceased was a patient sufferer during her long illness, bowing in gentle submission to the will of him whom she served. In her death the family loses a loving wife and a kind affectionate mother, a true friend and a faithful Christian. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of this city. The funeral will take place tomorrow afternoon at the late residence.. The services will be in charge of Rev. L. B. Plumer, her pastor; interment in Fairview cemetery.
