Stephen L. Kay, 68, of Vienna passed away June 19, 2017.
He was born June 27, 1948 in Parkersburg, the son of the late Troy and Elsie (Kessel) Kay of Vienna.
He was a 1966 graduate of PHS. He was a US Army veteran from 1968 to 1970. He retires from John’s Manville with 30 years of seniority. He enjoyed tennis, muscle cars, and the great outdoors.
He is survived by two brothers, Edward Ecker and Sammy Kay & (Sharon), sister, Penny Tice & (Mike), Daughters, Stephanie Willis Burke and Kelly Walker Scott, both of Parkersburg.
Per his request there will be no services or visitation.
