Dorothy Walker Clark was born to Luther J. and Callie Sumner Walker on November 25, 1920, in Spann, Georgia. She was the 7th born of 14 siblings. Mrs. Clark worked for seven years at Lovable Brassiere Company in Atlanta before marrying the love of her life in 1947 and moving back to Cedar Grove to help run their family farm. Although, they were not blessed with children of their own, they influenced the lives of many nieces and nephews and others. Their nephew, was like a son to them. He and his wife, moved down from Chattanooga, Tennessee in 2012 to care for her. Mrs. Clark was a faithful member of Cedar Grove United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Luther J. and Callie Sumner Walker; her beloved husband, Clayton Woodrow Clark; and seven brothers and three sisters.
