Motor Scooter Rider, Two Motorists Killed

SPRINGFIELD, Mo., July 19 - (AP) - Two St. Louis motorists and a Springfield motor scooter rider were killed in highway accidents east of here yesterday.

Walker Alexander, 68, of Springfield, died in a hospital here eight hours after the collision of his scooter and a car driven by James E. Scott, Niangua, Mo. The accident occurred just west of Niangua.

Israel Teitlbaum, about 41, of Richmond Heights, and Philip Kahn of St. Louis were killed instantly in a crash involving their car and a semi-trailer truck 12 miles west of Waynesville, Mo.
