Herbert Heston Highley
Taking a short walk in the sunshine yesterday at noon, Herbert Heston Highley, son of George M. and Amy P. Highley, died suddenly. He had gone but a few steps down Darlington street from his home, between Dean and Union, when he became exhausted and sat down on a neighboring doorstep. A friend helped him home, and in a few minutes he passed away, in nis 23rd year.
Herbert was born in Dilworthtown, where his father was for many years the village blacksmith, and he grew up in that village, afterward going to Philadelphia to work as a machinist. He belonged to the Methodist Episcopal Church at Fifth and Columbia avenue. Three years ago the family moved to West Chester, and to the home here Herbert came recently, suffering from the malady which was to prove fatal. He had been about the house yesterday and thee family had no idea that he would be taken away so suddenly. The parents are much grieved over their loss, and have the sympathy of numerous friends.
Three other children are left in the family, Laura, William George and John Marshall Highley, all single.
