"MRS IDA NODINE DIED ON SATURDAY - She Passed Away at Her Hydetown Home - On Saturday evening at her home at Hydetown, Mrs Ida Nodine, aged 56 years, wife of D H Nodine, died after an illness of ten months. Mrs Nodine was the daughter of Boardman and Mary Burchard (sic) [Birchard] and was born at Woodcock, Pa. Deceased leaves her husband, two daughters, Ruth and Clara; [and] three brothers, Edgar of Cambridge Springs, Arthur of Warren and Harry Burchard (sic) of Sumpter (sic) [Sumter], SC. Mrs Nodine was a member of the Presbyterian church from youth and was a person of loved and affectionate qualities. Her relation to her family and friends was one of sincere loyalty and devotion. Always willing to lend a helping hand, she opened her home to the unfortunate and to those in need. The funeral services will be held at the home at 11 o'clock Tuesday and burial will be made in Woodlawn cemetery."
