Beloved husband of the late Emeldarose Brown Bertucci. Father of Dr. Sidney J. Bertucci, Dr. Ronald P. Bertucci (Sharon) and Janice Bertucci Unland (Raymond).

Son of the late Lilly Genovese Bertucci and Frank Bertucci. Brother of the late Peter R. Bertucci.

Grandfather of Kristin Butler, Matthew Bertucci, Lindsay Unland and Rebecca Unland. Great grandfather of Brooklyn Butler.

Also survived by nieces and nephews.

He was a member of the V.F.W. Post # 6640, the American Legion Brauner Post, a member of I.B.E.W. Local # 130 for 62 years, a Navy veteran of World War II and Executive Secretary of the Southeast Louisiana Building and Construction Trade Council for 40 years.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at St. Benilde Church, 1901 Division St., Metairie, LA on Friday, February 20, 2009 at 12:00 PM. Interment will follow in Metairie Cemetery. Visitation on Thursday at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. (in Metairie Cemetery) from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM and Friday in St. Benilde Church from 10:00 AM until service time.
