Harold Max Billips, 89, of Titusville, Florida, formerly of Pocahontas, Arkansas, passed away on Tuesday, June 6, 2017. Harold was born in Pocahontas, Arkansas, on May 27, 1928, to Chester and Dorothy Vandergriff Billips.

Harold is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Thomas, Burley, and Neal Billips; daughter-in-law, Iva Elaine Billips; granddaughter, Elizabeth Elaine Billips; great grandson, Jack Samuel Stegall.

Survivors include, wife, Helen Bernice Poe Billips, of the home; son, Paul David Billips, of Whitehall; daughter, Dorothy Jane (Herrill) Herring, of Mims, Florida; sister, Sharon Kay (Don) Johnson, of Illinois; grandchildren, Valerie Anne (James) Snyder, of Hensley, Melissa Diane (Jonathan) Tolentino, of Maumelle, Joey Paul David Billips, of Whitehall, J.R. (Vicky) Herring, of Titusville, Florida, Lowanda (Keith) Mullican, of Mims, Florida, and Rebecca (Will) Dumont, of Titusville, Florida; great grandchildren, Kaylin and Kallie Snyder, of Hensley, Kylie Carroll, of Palm Coast, Florida, Abraham Elijah Mullican, Keziah Joy Mullican, and Josiah Enoch Mullican, all of Mims, Florida, Ryan Xavier Miles Dumont and Roy Joseph Hendrix Dumont, both of Titusville, Florida, Malory Herring, of Port St. John, Florida, and Taylor, Skyla, and Justin Herring, all of Titusville, Florida.
