* Baggett, Elisha - 13th Alabama Inf., Company H, d. 7/27/62 of a fever @ Millers Factory. Coffin size was 5 ft. 8 in. in length by 18 in. in width. Baggett enlisted as a private on 3/26/62 @ Coosa County, Alabama. His age at enlistment was listed as 20. He was born in Alabama, he was single, his occupation was listed as a farmer, and he was a resident of Rockford, Alabama. He was present for duty during the Siege of Yorktown. Prior to action at Seven Pines (5/31/62) he was listed as "Absent Sick". Young Baggett had only served 121 days in the service before his death.
