She was born in Foard County, Texas on December 20, 1915 and spent most of her life in Abilene. She was married to C. B. Wilburn, and moved to Midland in 1999. She retired from Abilene State School after owning Thelma's Beauty Shop for many years, and was a member of Minter Lane Church of Christ.
Mrs. Wilburn is survived by her children, Emory Mansour and husband, Kerry, of Midland, Deloris Ulke of Sugar Land, and Leon Wilburn and wife, Theona, of Hilltop Lakes. She was preceded in death by her husband in 2004; her grandsons, Cody and Scott; two brothers and two sisters.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Cedar Hill Cemetery directed by Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home, 542 Hickory in Abilene, Texas. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
