Genevieve Kellar, age 98 of Gainesville, Florida passed away Monday, May 8, 2017 in Haven Hospice of Gainesville, Florida. She was born May 20, 1918 in Austin, West Virginia to Monroe and Mary F. DeMoss Ashby.
She married Russell Kellar on April 10, 1938.
Mrs. Kellar enjoyed sewing and quilting, her flowers, and being a housewife.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Kellar, her daughter, Delores Jean Crouser, her parents, and sister and brother.
She is survived by children, Bill Kellar (Joyce) of Gainesville, FL, Dick Kellar (Kriss) of Bradenton, FL, Nancy Stewart of Myrtle Beach, SC and Doris Garrett (Randy) of Brookfield, OH; eleven grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.

Services will be held at a later date in Mecca, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Haven Hospice, 4200 NW 90th Blvd, Gainesville, FL 32606.
