William Allen and his second wife Nancy Warthall had Singleton Warthall Allen, who married Jane Lanier Heard, daughter of Governor Stephen Heard and Elizabeth Darden.
And from page 3:
1826: William's will left the property to his wife Sarah, "to be divided at her death between my three sons." Events of 1830 tell who those three sons were.
1830: Deed from Singleton W Allen to Beverly Allen, the third part he would inherit from mother Sarah
1830: Deed from Thomas Allen to Beverly, his third
1830: Agreement for Sarah to rent the house to Beverly for rest of her life
