W. C. Harless, living on the J. W. Fritts farm seven miles west and one mile north of Marlow died of pneumonia last Sunday night at 10 o'clock at the age of 49 years. Funeral services were held at the family home Monday afternoon with interment in the local cemetery. The deceased was a newcomer to this community having moved to the Fritts farm only a short time ago from Madisonville, Texas.
