Lydia Anne Kemple was the dau. of Jacob Kemple and Lucretia Thatcher. She married 1st George Riggle, they had 6 children; Charles H., Jacob, Oliver W.,Mary Catherine,Adoline and George. She married 2nd Elias Venaman they had 3 children; Elias P.,Ellen(Ella)and Lucretia Jane.She died sometime after 1860. Lydia and Elias may be buried in Antioch Cemetery, Marshall county, W.Va. There are a few stones that are illegible , some family members are buried there and a record indicates that a couple of the illegible stones are Venaman markers. I visited the Cemetery and found a large, thin, broken and badly leaning stone with an E. Venaman etched on it.
