Obituary

Mrs. Nancy Prudence Craft (Nee Lane) was born near Danville County, Ill., March 20, 1862, and departed this life April 7, 1909, aged 47 years and 17 days. She was married to R.E. Craft, February 24, 1885, in Cowley county, Kansas. To this union was born the following children: Aubrey, Katie, Cora and Leland. These with a loving husband, five brothers and a sister are left to mourn the loss of a fond mother, a loving affectionate sister.

She was a member of the M.E. church in Danville, Ill., but failed to connect with any church here. She was frequently at church and Sunday School and faithful to her family. She was loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed. All the neighbors and friends sincerely sympathize with the bereaved relatives. Funeral conducted by the writer.
