Marilyn Florence, daughter of Harry. F. and Florence Shipman Williams, died at an early hour this morning after an illness of six weeks. She was in her 8th year.
She attended School No. 4 and was also an enthusiastic member of the Sunday School of the Ponckhockie Congregational Church.
Besides her parents she is survived by a brother, Monte, and her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Williams and Mr. and Mrs. A. D. Shipman, all of this city.
Funeral services will be held at the family home 27 Lindsley Avenue, on Monday at 2 p.m. Interment in Montrepose Cemetery.

The funeral of little Marilyn F. Williams, seven-year-old daughter of Harry and Florence Shipman Williams, was held Monday afternoon at the family residence, 27 Lindsley Avenue, at 2 o’clock.
The Rev. John Heidenreich, pastor of the Ponckhockie Congregational Church, where Marilyn attended Sunday School, officiated. There was a profusion of beautiful floral offerings attesting to the loving nature of the child.
Interment was in Montrepose Cemetery. Fred Williams, Roscoe Williams, Erwin Van Giesen and Carl Van Giesen acted as bearers.
