Services for Hazel Baird Allen, 88, Hustonville, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hustonville Baptist Church by the Rev. Greg Nimmo. Burial will be in Hustonville Cemetery.
She died Saturday March 9, 1996 at Fort Logan Hospital, Stanford.
Born Feb. 17, 1908, in Elk Valley, Tenn., she was a daughter of the late M.L. and Almeda Gibson Baird.
She was a homemaker and a member of Hustonville Baptist Church. She was the widow of Herman Allen.
Survivors include a daughter. Evelyn Hoskins, Hustonville: two grandchildren, Donna of Hustonville and Rita of Stanford; three greatgrandchildren; and a sister, Wilma Smith, Hustonville.
Pallbearers will be Chubby Baird, Ronald Baird, Jerry Smith, Larry Smith, Wendell Smith and Ralph Whitis. Honorary pallbearers are Benny Burris, Calvin Short, Garland Hoskins, her great-nephews and the Senior Women's Sunday School Class. Visitation is after 4 p.m. today at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home
