Mina Kay Dobbins, 72, of Frametown, WV, died at home on May 25, 2017.

She was born June 20, 1944 to the late Kenneth Roscoe Rogers and Ollie Jane Cottrill Rogers in Upper Sleith. She was preceded in death by her son Ralph Eugene Dobbins.

Mina was the store clerk at Sam's Grocery in Frametown for many years until she retired. She loved going to church and was a member of Frametown United Methodist Church. She enjoyed gardening with 'Pap' and loved her little dog, Sophia. She loved her grandchildren dearly and took much pride in them.

She held the position of The Frametown Belle. Mina was a member of Frametown Volunteer Fire Department for 23 years as a firefighter. Her call number #431 will be greatly missed.

She leaves behind her sweet companion of over 30 years, Grafton 'Sam' Reed.

Mina is survived by son RJ Dobbins; daughter, JoAnn Rollyson; several brothers and sisters including her sister, Etta Radabaugh; grandchildren, Keith, Dylan, and Leslie Dobbins of Burnsville, Ciera and Kenneth Dobbins of Gassaway, Harold 'Jake' Stewart of Burnsville, Brianna Cook and husband Matthew 'Wayne' of Frametown, and Brandon Rollyson of Gauley Bridge, WV. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and three great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held 1p.m. Monday, May 29, 2017 at Richard M. Roach Funeral Home, Gassaway with Rev. Johnny Conrad officiating.

Fireman's Interment Service for #431 will follow at Perry H James Memorial Cemetery, Frametown.
