BROOKS, 78, died Wednesday morning at the home of her niece, Mrs. Dorothy BROOKS, in Birmingham. // Miss BROOKS was a former residence of Columbus, having lived in Birmingham for the past eight years, and was a member of the St. Luke Methodist church. // She is survived by two nephews, C. J. BROOKS of Birmingham, and H. G. BROOKS of Columbus; also several great nieces and nephews, both in Birmingham and Columbus. // The funeral will be held in Columbus Thursday morning at 11:55 o’clock, the interment will follow in Linwood cemetery. // Dr. C. Pierce HARRIS, pastor of St. Luke church, will officiate and the following have been requested to serve as pallbearers: John L. HARRIS, George LAPHAM, W. J. RICE, T. B.
