A memorial service will be held on May 22, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Jennings Cemetery. Rev. Nathan Painter will officiate the services.
Bobby was born on March 21, 1948 in Yale Oklahoma to the late Lawerence Eugene and Esther Effie (Scott) Cantrel. He was raised in and around Oilton. He joined the service at the age of 17 and served two tours in Vietnam. When he was discharged from the service he resided in the state of Washington and Texas before returning to Oklahoma.
Bobby is survived by his brother Larry Cantrel and his wife Linda of Oilton Ok, his sister Esther Freemon and her husband Fred of Tombstone Az. His niece Mendy Painter and her husband Nathan of Oilton Ok. Nephews Ricky Daniel and Jay Daniel of Iowa city, Iowa. Three sons Dennis Cantrel, Bobby Cantrel Jr., and Eber Cantrel of the state of Washington and several cousins and extended family and several grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents Lawerence Eugene and Esther Effie (Scott) Cantrel, daughter Darlene, a niece Donna Lynn Cantrel, and several Aunts and Uncles.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home of Oilton.
