"Leon E Beauchat, 70, of Randolph township, died Saturday at 4 pm in the Spencer Hospital at Meadville, following an illness of several years. The deceased leaves two sons, William and Ray of Guys Mills; three daughters, Mrs Walter Klins of Guys Mills, Mrs Clair Jacobs of Cochranton and Joanne at home. Mr Beauchat was a member of the St Hippolyte church at Frenchtown. Friends will be received at the Waid funeral home at Meadville....services will be conducted at the St Hippolyte church on Tuesday at 10:30 am. Rev Joseph L Kerin of that church will officiate and interment will be in the church cemetery."
