He was the son of Raymond and Josephine (Evers) Holdheide.

Surviving are a sister, Wilma (Wilderd) Albers, Celina; four brothers: Jerome (Velma), Newport, Werner (Joann), St. Henry, Paul (Rosalee), Maria Stein, Leonard (Marilyn) Holdheide, St. Rose; a sister-in-law, Joan Holdheide, Ft. Loramie; and multiple nieces and nephews.

Deceased is a brother linked below.

A member of St. Rose Catholic Church and the men’s sodality, he was also an Army Veteran of the Korean War. He retired from Pax Steel, Coldwater, in 1997.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Rose Catholic Church, Minster. Burial will follow in St. Rose Cemetery.
