Richard was born Nov. 5, 1943, to Aubrey and Lucille Bodiford.
He attended Millsap School and spent the majority of his life on the family farm.
He was a devoted member of Highway Church of Christ. He spent the last two years at Willow Park Nursing Home.
He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and 4 wheeler in his spare time. To know Richard was to love him. He will be greatly missed.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors: brother, Royce Bodiford and wife, Helen; sister, Pamela Kessler and husband, Paul; and several loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
