Orland James Fisher, Bo Fisher, age 76 of Palo, passed away on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at the Laurels of Carson City. Bo was born the son of Orland & Edna (Sherd) Fisher on July 11, 1940 and they along with his wife, Rodonnah; sisters, Emma McRoberts, Lilly Haring and brother, Sid Fisher have preceded him in death.

Surviving Bo is his daughter, Melody (Steve) Lumbert of Sumner; grandchildren, Bo-James Toth of Palo, Ben (Katie) Toth of Crystal, sister, Lee (Vaughn) Steel of Grand Blanc and great grandchildren, Myla, Ella, Mason and Delia all of Crystal.

Bo was a founding member of the Ronald Township Fire Department and was an active member for over 25 years. He loved being outdoors, especially going fishing and camping. Bo was also an avid woodworker and enjoyed building and making things, but most of all, Bo loved his grandsons and great-grandchildren.

Visitation with Bo's family is being held on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at the Simpson Family Funeral Home in Sheridan from 9 to 11 AM. Funeral services for Bo will also be at the funeral home on Tuesday and will begin at 11 AM. Graveside services for Bo will be at Palo Cemetery with assistance from the Ronald Township Fire Department.
