Kelly Ernest Coburn, of Tigard, Or; formerly of Junction City and Lobster Valley. Born Mar. 14, 1955. Died May 3, 2017. Son of Ernest J. Coburn and Lois Irene Hendrix Coburn.
Attended Alsea schools until 1965, then graduated from Junction City high school in 1973. He excelled at basketball and was recognized as a national merit finalist. He graduated from Oklahoma Christian College in 1977 with highest honors and a degree in accounting. He married Terria Neal in 1977 and the couple lived in Tigard until his death. Kelly worked as a CPA for Geffen Mesher in Portland.
He is survived by his wife; 3 daughters: Amanda, Tabitha, Tianna; father & brothers: Larry, Dennis, Ed; step brothers Stephen & Mack Neal; step-sister, Volinda Neal & numerous nieces, nephews & cousins
