Mr. Hulsey lived here 23 years while operating the wholesale food concern. He was born March 3, 1908 at Cumming, Ga.; the son of John L. and Maggie Castleberry Hulsey. He was a Shriner and a Mason.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Eddie M. Hulsey; a daughter, Mrs. S. G. Baxter, Houston, Tex.; two sons, B. J. and J. E. Hulsey, both of Columbia; a sister, Mrs. W. M. Haynie, Atlanta, Ga.; a brother, C. E. Hulsey, Forest Park, Ga., and four grandchildren.
