He enjoyed horse racing, had owned horses with his nephew Vince Calcagno, sports, movies, Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy with his wife and family. Jack was born and raised in San Francisco and then spent 54 years as a resident of San Mateo County.
Friends may visit Wednesday March 1st 2017 at 4:00pm to 9:00pm at DUGGAN'S SERRA MORTUARY, 500 Westlake Avenue, Daly City where a Vigil Service will be held at 7:00pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday March 2nd at 10:30am at St. Robert's Catholic Church, 1380 Crystal Springs Rd, San Bruno. Following the Mass, the Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery, 1500 Old Mission Road, Colma.
