Passed away peacefully February 23rd 2017 at the age of 84. Beloved husband of Sharon Aiello, loving father of Robert Aiello. Jack attended Balboa High School graduating in 1950, went into the Navy Reserve and did a tour of duty in the Korean war. From there he worked as a driver for a meat company for 35 years and then went on to work moving rental cars for a rental agency for another 20 years.
He enjoyed horse racing, had owned horses with his nephew Vince Calcagno, sports, movies, Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy with his wife and family. Jack was born and raised in San Francisco and then spent 54 years as a resident of San Mateo County.
Friends may visit Wednesday March 1st 2017 at 4:00pm to 9:00pm at DUGGAN'S SERRA MORTUARY, 500 Westlake Avenue, Daly City where a Vigil Service will be held at 7:00pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday March 2nd at 10:30am at St. Robert's Catholic Church, 1380 Crystal Springs Rd, San Bruno. Following the Mass, the Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery, 1500 Old Mission Road, Colma.
