Grace Rathbun

Grace Rathbun, 67, of 621 Division St. died Sunday afternoon at Memorial Hospital after being in ill health for the past year and a half.

Funeral services will be held at Scarletts Funeral Home Wednesday at 1 p.m. with burial in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Harold R. Crosser will officiate.

Mrs. Rathbun was born March 22, 1906 in Hubbard Lake to Isaac and Josephine (Tie) Booth, attended Onaway High School and moved to Owosso from Rogers City in 1954. She was first married to Alta Joseph Tatro who died in 1952. On July 6, 1954, she married Clarence Rathbun of Owosso. She was a member of the Unity Church and of the World War I Auxiliary.

Survivors include her husband, Clarence; four daughters - Audrey Snyder of Indianapolis, Ind., Marjorie Tidmore of Wilmington, Ill., Mrs. Delores Gustafson of Acme and Mrs. Robert (Ruth Ann) Fischer of Lansing; one son, Beverly Eugene Tatro of Rogers City; three brothers - Rhuben, Garret and Edgar Booth, all of Alpena; two sisters, Mrs. Ethel Hawley of Alpena and Mrs. Myrtle Erickson of Rogers City, and two step-daughters, Mrs. Joe (Leona) Nechvile of Chesaning and Mrs. James (June) Warner of Norvalk, Calif.

One son and three brothers preceded her in death.

Also surviving are 31 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren.
