GRAHAM - Mr. Carroll L. Kimrey, 76, of 602 Seymour Street, Graham died at Alamance Regional Medical Center on Thursday, May 24, 2012 at 12:20 p.m.
A native of Randolph County, he was the husband of Angie Rice Kimrey, who survives and the son of Marvin Kimrey and Margie Kimrey, both deceased. He was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force and retired from Bell South. He was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his wife of the home, survivors include four daughters, Casey Kimrey of the home, Courtney Kimrey of Burlington, Lisa Kimrey of Belmont and Lori Heffner and husband Zan of St. Thomas; two sons, Michael Kimrey of Kernersville and Ryan Kimrey and wife Stacey of Blowing Rock; like a daughter, Courtney Poole of Burlington; four grandchildren, Chelsea Kimrey, Lauren Kimrey, Olivia Kimrey and Lucas Kimrey; like a grandson, D. J. Stubblefield; three sisters, Avis Rice and husband Joe, Brenda Satterfield and husband Wade and Donna Lee Kimrey; and two brothers, Gene Kimrey and wife Dana and James Kimrey.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Ervin Kimrey and Ronnie Kimrey.
A graveside service will be conducted at Graham Memorial Park
