Services for Joyce Newbill, 88, will be held Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 10:00 am at Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home with Brother Jason Jackson officiating. Interment will follow at Union Academy Cemetery in the Big Buck Community.
Mrs. Newbill, a retired factory worker at the Wilker Brothers Pajama Factory and Brown Shoe Company, died Wednesday, May 127, 2017 at her residence.
She was born on June 23, 1928 in Trezevant, TN to Arlie and Ara Stafford Churchwell. She was a member of Union Academy Baptist Church where she taught the Ladies Sunday school. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Edmon Newbill, two grandsons Christopher Natyszyk and Caleb Newbill, and two sisters Arlene Poteete and Margaret Jo Crawley.



Survivors include three daughters Karen Joyce Natyszyk of Summerville, South Carolina, Jenna Sue (Tommy) Cagle of Jackson, TN, and Jeanine Weakley of Manchester, TN, one son Eddie Wayne (Joanne) Newbill of McKenzie, two sisters Marjorie Walker of Trezevant and Loyce Johnson of McLemoresville, TN, two brothers J W (Doris) Churchwell of Memphis and Elder Buron Ray (Carolyn) Churchwell of McLemoresville, TN, five grandchildren Jennifer Natyszyk, Meagan Schweitzer, Camille Cagle, Brooke Cagle, Samantha Weakley, four great grandchildren Kaydence Newbill, Naomi Natyszyk, Elise Schweitzer, and Andrew Schweitzer .
