Father of LeRoy Atwood and Darrell Atwood both of Cottage Grove., Ore., Benjamin Atwood of Loleta, Jack Atwood of Arcata, Mrs. Jennie Williams of Cotati, Mrs. Phyllis Freeman of Sebastopol, Mrs. Evelyn Bolton of North Bend, Ore.; brother of Berton Atwood of Sand Point, idaho, Robert Atwood of Hoopa. He is survived by 22 grandchildren and numerous other relatives.

Atwood had been employed over 40 years as a mechanic. A native of Humboldt, Neb., coming to California in 1952, residing in Fortuna, Hoopa and Loleta the past year. Age: 59.

Services will be held at Goble's Fortuna Mortuary, Monday, April 20 1964, at 2 p.m., with Rev. James Hardy officiating. Interment: Sunrise Cemetery, Fortuna.
