Margaret Mary Larkin was the tenth child born to Helen Elizabeth Egan of Newark, N.J., and John Joseph Larkin of Kingston, N.Y. Born and raised in South Omaha, Nebraska, Margie Larkin married her childhood sweetheart Billy Fenton in their parish church of St. Mary in 1920. She was to be the mother of five children: Billy Jr., Jerry, Mary Alyce, John, Philip. Her first born Billy Jr., a Marine on Iwo Jima in W.W II, preceded her in death by 23 years. On Ash Wednesday, February 28, 1968, at her home, Margaret Mary Fenton entered Eternal Life.
