Clarence Wayne Bell is the son of Walter Monroe and Emma Johnson Bell. He married first Thelma Ruth Mack who passed away July 3, 1956 in the Wellsboro Hospital. They had 3 children, Morgan, Carol and Roberta Bell.
Wayne worked at the Westfield, PA Tannery and as a farmer. after the death of Thelma he went to hotel management school in VA and there met Gladys Devine Snyder. They married and moved to Morton, ILL. Where Wayne worked in a ceramics factory and did other odd jobs after he retired. They were married until her death in 1994. The stone in this cemetery is a memorial only placed there by his daughter Carol. He died in 1999 in ILL and is buried out there with his second wife, in the Hillcrest Memorial garden in Morton, ILL. The memorial number for his real grave is #17948779
