NORTH LOGAN – Marshall (Pat) Darling, 70, 1790 N 8th East, died Wednesday in a Logan hospital from natural causes.
Born North Logan Jan. 10, 1894, a son of Aaron and Isabell Nelson Darling. Lived in North Logan throughout his life. Married Viola Rees March 29, 1930, in Pocatello, Idaho. Marriage later solemnized in the Logan Temple. Employed by Animal Husbandry Department at Utah State University. High priest in North Logan ward, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Served with U.S. Navy in World War I.
Survived by widow, North Logan; son and two daughters, Mrs Kay (Patricia) Campbell, Vernal; Mrs Dean R (Isabell) Gleed, Logan, and A. John Darling, North Logan; five grandchildren, brother, Allie Darling, Dillon, Mont; sister Mrs Jeanette Card, Alberta, Canada.
Funeral services Saturday 1 p.m. North Logan Ward chapel. Friends call Hall Mortuary, Logan, Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday after 11 .m. Burial Logan City Cemetery.
