May Turner is the daughter of John and Sophia Hostetler Troyer. She graduated from Shipshewana High School and Manchester College. She taught at South Milford circa 1928 and Honeyville School circa 1942 both in LaGrange County and was co-owner of Turner Drug Store in Topeka. She married William H Turner, July 28, 1929 and he preceded her in death. Surviving are two sons, Tom of Topeka and Bill of Kettering, OH; 5 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Bessie Sunthimer of Nevada, MO formerly of Milford, IN
