Floyd R. Bowline, 63, of 2611 North 18th Street, Kansas City, Kansas, passed away yesterday at St. Margaret's Hospital after suffering an apparent heart attack. He was born in Wells, Kansas, and was a resident of Kansas City, Kansas, for 17 years. Mr. Bowline operated the Bowline Bakery at 3731 State Avenue for 13 years. He was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church in Kansas City, Kansas. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Dorothy L. Bowline, of the home; a son, Capt. Jerry D. Bowline, Ellsworth Air Force Base in Rapid City, South Dakota; his mother, Mrs. Clara Bowline of Ada, Kansas; two brothers, Carl A. Bowline, 6230 Webster in Wyandotte County and Chester M. Bowline of McPherson, Kansas; and three grandchildren.
Friends called from 7 to 9 o'clock on Monday, July 27th, at the Warnich-Eads Chapel. Funeral services were held at 10 o'clock on Tuesday at the Chapel. Burial was in Highland Park Cemetery.
