Darrell Lane Hensley, age 58, of Williamsburg, Ky passed away Monday, May 8, 2017 in Jellico, Community Hospital. He was the son of Rev. Thurston & Jawanda Rose (White) Hensley, born on April 5, 1959 in Corbin, Ky.
Darrell worked for the Postal service and was a member of the Park Hill Penacoastal Church.
He was preceded in death by his Mother Jawanda Rose (White) Hensley and his sister Jackie (Hensley) Bingham.
He is survived by his father, Rev. Thurston Hensley two sons, Zachary Darrell Hensley & wife Teriannne and Matthew Lane Hensley all of Corbin, Ky, three brothers, Steve Hensley & wife Judy of Barbourville, Ky, Allen Hensley of Williamsburg, KY, and Mark Hensley of Corbin, KY, two Grandchildren Parker Byon Hensley and Alaska Lee Hensley, and the mother of his children, Jeannie Hensley, A best friends Gary Archer , plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 12, 2017 at O'Neil - Lawson Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Randy Bargo officiating.
Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Thursday, May 11, 2017 at O'Neil-Lawson
