Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Clarence G. Sr., and Agnes L. (Chagnon) Andrews, she lived in West Warwick before moving to North Kingstown 12 years ago.
Mrs. Costello leaves three sons, Francis P. Costello Jr. of Syracuse, N.Y., Michael J. Costello of West Warwick and Robert A. Costello of North Kingstown; three other daughters, Jean E. Mullens of North Kingstown, Patricia Chamberlain of Vernon, Conn., and Joan Anderson of Cranston; two brothers, Clarence G. Andrews Jr. of Dayville, Conn., and Thomas H. Andrews of Cranston; five sisters, Claire Pysz of Coventry, Helen Rush of Coventry, Madeline Charbonneau of West Greenwich, Rita Garant of Coventry and Norma Worthington of West Warwick; 19 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She leaves a companion, Louis J. Riccio of North Kingstown. She was mother of the late James E. Costello and sister of the late Hazel Garant.
The funeral will be held Saturday at 9 a.m. at the Frank R. Gorton & Sons Funeral home, 721 Washington St., Coventry. Burial will be in Mapleroot Cemetery, Coventry.
