Ruth was born December 6, 1922 in Milwaukee to Carl and Anna Johnsen. She married Raymond Burdick on June 12, 1942 in Oconomowoc.
Ruth was employed at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital Thrift Store. She was a member of the African Violet Club and a Member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Oconomowoc.
Ruth is survived by her children: Sally (John) Kronshage, Sandy Schroeder (Don James), Susan (Dennis) Conners, Elaine Burdick. Ruth is further survived by 8 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Ruth was preceded in death by her husband Raymond, her brothers Harvey and Carl Johnsen, her son Ralph Burdick and son-in-law Ralph Schroeder.
