George Edward Noy was born September 17 1912 in Black Hawk, CO to Thomas and Grace (Nichols) Noy. He was one of seven siblings. He served in the Army during World War II and achieved the title of Sergeant. On Decmber 7 1947, he married Miss Beulah Fern Noy in Brighton, CO. To this union four children were born. George died January 2 1973 in Grand Junction, CO. His funeral was held on January 5 1973 at the Roberts Chapel at 2pm. Rev Don Farmer officiated. Concluding the service, he was given Military Rites. His wife, Beulah; four daughters, Grace Noy, Fern (Terry) James, Viola Noy and September Noy; and one grandson, Heath James, were left to morn his passing. He was laid to rest at the Delta Cemetery in Delta, CO.
