WILLIAM 'BILL' FROGGE William 'Bill' Frogge, 88, of Cape Coral, died July 17 at Cape Coral Hospital. Bill came to the area In 1968 from Cincinnati, Ohio after his retirement from 42 years of service with the U.S. Postal Service. He was a member of the Fort Myers Congregation of the World Wide Church of God, Covert Lodge F8.AM and Scottish Rite Consistory both in Ohio, the Araba Shrine of Fort Myers and the National Assoc. of Retired Federal Employees.
He was preceded in death by his son, William A. Frogge, Jr. in 1988. Bill is survived by his wife of 70 years, Lucille; two daughters, Joy Goodman of Milford, Ohio and Nancy Lee Meranda of Fort Myers; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
