A funeral service for Guy S. Adams, 54, of 1208 W. Willow Ln., Cocoa, Fla., will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Wylie-Baxley Funeral Home Chapel.
The Rev. Donald F. Brake will officiate and burial will be in Florida Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
Mr. Adams, a Brevard resident for 12 years, died Monday at Patrick AFB Hospital.
A native of Butler, Ga., he was a World War 2 veteran and a missile mechanic with General Dynamics-Conveyor Division.
He was a member of the Messiah Evangelicial Lutheran Church in Cocoa, the Butler Lodge 129 Free and Accepted Masons, and the Fleet Reserve Association.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Doris W. Adams of Cocoa; two sons, Jerald W. Adams of Cocoa and John Lee Adams of Tallahassee, and a brother and two sisters in Georgia.
