A. G. McRoberts was born December 31, 1849 in Fleming county, Kentucky, and died October 17, 1926 at the age of 75 years, 9 months and 16 days.
He leaves his wife and eight children to mourn his loss: Charles A. of Wetmore, Mrs. Matilda Hall of Wetmore, Mrs. Sena Littleton of Wetmore, Mrs. Tryca McCoy of Goff, Mrs. Minta Kendall of Sabetha, Edwin of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, Mrs. Juda Muse of Missouri, Mrs. Margaret Hall of Springfield, Oregon, also 23 grandchildren, four great-grandchilren, one brother M.P. McRoberts of Pine Spring, Kentucky.
One daughter, Mrs. Lydia Masters died in 1919 at Watt, Kentucky. Charles, Matilda, Tryca, Minta, Sena were all with him during his illness. Funeral services were held at the John Littleton home. Rev. Roy Kopp read the funeral service. His body was laid to rest in the Granada cemetery. The casket was covered with flowers.
