Politician. Mayor of Miami Springs from 1931-1943. He was half-brother of the late Glenn H Curtiss, aviation pioneer. Mr Adams was first president of the Opa-locka Co., originators and developers of Opa-locka and served as vice-president of the Glenn H Curtiss Properties, Inc. developers of the Hialeah-Miami Springs area.
