Carrie Lee Hilton Moore, 91, of San Angelo, Texas went to be with Jesus on Saturday, April 29, 2017, after a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born in Lexington, Texas on May 13, 1925 and moved to San Angelo during her high school years.

Carrie Lee was married to Fred Alvin Moore on September 29, 1944. He preceded her in death after being married for 57 years.

Carrie Lee worked for Levi Strauss as a seamstress and was a homemaker for the majority of her life. She was an active community member of Rio Concho Manor and enjoyed Sundays with the Business Men's Bible Class. She had a passion for sewing, especially doll clothes as well as for gardening, traveling, senior citizen dancing, and spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her fiancé of 13 years, Bill Crocker of Comanche, Texas; daughter, Patsy Moore of San Angelo; son, Fayet Moore and his wife, Kathy of Longview; grandchildren, Keith and Susan Kincannon of Belton, Brian and Stacy Kincannon of Austin, and Jeremiah and Kristi Moore of Abilene; great grandchildren, Bryanna Kincannon of San Angelo, Rita-Belle Kincannon of San Angelo, Maverick Kincannon of San Angelo, Kale Kincannon of Belton, and Rylie Moore of Austin; sister, Sandy Brown of San Angelo; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Thursday, May 4, 2017 in the Activity Room at the Rio Concho Manor. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to be made to the giver's favorite church or charity.
