Alayah is survived by her parents, Cory Guggenmos of Brewster and Hope Guggenmos of Memphis; her big sister, Niki; grandparents, Roger and Cindy Guggenmos, and Rock and Shelly Roxbury; uncles and aunt, Cody, Tyler and Brayden, Mary, Tyler and Justin; cousins, Cedric and Henry; great-grandparents, Bill and Ramona Guggenmos, and James and Mary Rooney; multiple great-aunts, -uncles and cousins on both sides.
All memorials received will be sent to St. Judes in Tennessee for the time and effort they place in a cure for children, like Alayah, suffering with cancer. The family recognizes the compassionate care Alayah received during her time there and are thankful for all they could do.
