Mrs. Nannie Woodroof died age 89 years, Jan. 10, 1977 at a local infirmary. Survived by daughters, Mrs.Ruby Manning, Mrs. Sara E. Wallen, Mrs. Louise Hailey, all of Nashville; Mrs. Mary Ruth Lutz, Hickory, NC, Mrs. Katherine Carter, Bowling Green, KY; sons, Sam D. Woodroof, Nashville, John J. Woodroof, and Frank P. Woodroof Jr. Hermitage, Tenn, Andrew T. Woodroof, Pleasantview, Tenn. brother, Frank Mayche, Brentwood, Tenn; Seventeen Grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren. The remains are at the Woodbine Funeral Home, 3620 Nolensville Road where services will be conducted Wednesday morning Jan 12 at 10;00 by Ralph Neal. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Woodbine Funeral Home, Directors.
