He died in his Saginaw, Mich., home Wednesday and leaves his widow, Dorothy, nee Vestal; a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Mueller; a son, Charles R. II; two brothers and two sisters. Funeral will take place Monday, at 3 p.m., at the Oak Woods cemetery chapel, Chicago, Friends and relatives may call after 1:30 p.m. at the chapel Monday.
